-1 year of working experience in documentation and administrator tasks.
-Good communication skills, oral and written above average level.
-Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong or Taguig on a Regular day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
-Consolidate the budget, forecast and availment from the projects in coordination with the Finance team from each group.
-Management of key dependencies and touch points within Tech Domain to minimize risks and issues.
-Liaise with Project Assurance team in ensuring that the Tech Domain projects are up-to-speed in terms of quality.
-Ensure that project health is accurately reflected and timely updated in ServiceNow in coordination with the Project Managers.
-Consolidation and optimization of demand calendars including prioritization in tandem with project directors.
