Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is urgently in need of:

HELP DESK to be assigned in Mandaluyong City

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolate problem and determines and implement solution. Maintains computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. Administration and internal support of the company’s Personal Computers, printers, servers and related equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
– Candidate must be willing to work in a shifting schedule
– Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Information Technology or any computer related course
– Candidate must have at least 1 year of work experience as Help Desk, Service Desk or E-mail/Chat/Remote support, TSR/CSR
– Familiarity in ticketing tools/system*
– Must have experience in handling emails, tickets and phone escalations

SERVICE DESK ENGINEER to be assigned in Pasay City (near NAIA)

QUALIFICATIONS

-Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City (near NAIA) 
– Candidate must be willing to work in a shifting schedule
– Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Information Technology or any computer related course
– Candidate must have at least 2 – 3 yearS of work experience as Help Desk, Service Desk or E-mail/Chat/Remote support, TSR/CSR
– Familiarity in ticketing tools/system*
– Must have experience in handling emails, tickets and phone escalations
