IT Asset Field Services Support
*candidate must be willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
LAM Tool Updating (Location details update, and Sub-Status)
Assist recovery team for physical verification and pulling out temp offline machines in production area
Assist voice team for cisco phone deployment and pull out request
Assist RCO provisioning team in offline rack machine replenishment, machine replacement and any IT Hardware Asset Management related incident request
Assist AME in peripherals issuance, document filling, releasing and received documents such as Delivery Receipt, Exit Clearance, etc.
Assist AME on new deliveries and disposal activity
Assist AME in conducting physical inventory checks of assets
Assist AME in conducting Asset Tagging of Monitors and Cisco Phones
Facilitate any email and call concerns or query
Conduct roving inspection or physical verification of all machines deployed-issued in production area
Pull out Machine based on (SRT) Service Request Termination ticket and any machine retrieval request
Facilitate cable tie installation, padlock installation, organize/ arrange wires & cables set up for all machines deployed – issued
Execute asset movement and asset deployment machine setup for training, seat arrangement and new hire deployement
Desktop Support Engineer
*candidate must be willing to be assigned in Mamplasan, Laguna and Libis, Quezon City
The Desktop Support Engineer role is responsible for providing technical analysis and solutions on the products and services. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
Graduate of any 4-year IT related course
Must have at least 1 year work experience to any related field
Flexible on work location and work schedule (OT’s, shifting schedule, etc.,)
Systems Support Engineer (Makati)
Systems Support Engineers are primarily responsible for the implementation and support of Microsoft core infrastructure solutions.
Plan, design, implement, integrate, and stabilize Microsoft core infrastructure solutions
Provide phone, email, and on-site support on system-related issues
Generate the following technical documentations:
As-built or Baseline Configuration Document
System Acceptance Testing
Service Completion Report
Conduct knowledge transfer and technical trainings to internal and external customers
Perform other services as required
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY
Provide courteous and prompt service to all internal and external customers.
Prioritize and address requests and assignments in a professional manner to develop cooperative relationships.
Ensure that customer confidentiality is assured.
Deliver service in line with agreed controls, procedures, and service levels.
Assist pre-sales group on planning, designing, and validating system solutions.
Assist other groups in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service.
Provide assistance on sales and marketing activities.
Graduate of Computer Engineering or any 4yr IT related course
Technicals skills: Systems/ Servers/ Network Administration
With at least 6mos professional experience on Systems/ Servers and Network Administration
