i-Tech Global Business Solutions Inc. is in need of IT Service Desk Support (LOCAL ACCOUNT).

Job Qualifications
*College graduate of any computer or IT related course
*With good or above average written and oral English communication skills
*Well knowledgeable in networking and hardware and software troubleshooting
*At least 6 months of experience related to the field is an advantage

Job Description
*Responds to incoming requests and resolve customer problems via phone or email
*Provides single point of contact between users and the IT Organization
*Answers concerns of employees for IT related problems and requests
*Performs Incident Management activities, Incident detection and recording
*Alert specialist support groups as necessary
*Start procedures for handling the service request
*Providing initial support (assess incident details, find quick resolution)
*Resolve incidents using solutions/workarounds

Work Location: Robisons Cybergate Tower 3, Boni, Mandaluyong City

Salary range will be discussed on on-site assessment.
