Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
Experience working on any smb/enterprise-level wireless technology devices like Cisco Aironet, Rckus, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, and equivalent is an advantage.
Organization and detail oriented Excellent customer support skills.
1-2 years experience in desktop support and networking.
Problem solving and writing skills.
Team collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work on and coordinate multiple tasks.
Self-starter who can operate with limited supervision and willing to work hard,when needed.
Must be reliable.
Good english commmunication.
CCNA is an advantage.
