– Candidate must be a Graduate of IT or any related course.
– With at least 1-2 years related work experience handling email, phone or remote desktop.
– Has a clear understanding of Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting methodology
– Amenable to work at BGC, Taguig City.
– Good communication skills
– Can start asap.
