ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Receive, prioritize, and triage support inquiries that related to overall scope of Project Management
Troubleshoot basic application problems to determine possible root causes
In collaboration with IT support and developers, recommend solutions and workarounds to application problems
Document test results for IT changes in accordance with defined requirements
Track Change Request (CR) and ongoing project status and perform follow up
Assists in creating a detailed BRD with business user and/or IT PM
Schedule, participate and perform comprehensive UAT with Business user and IT developer
Ensure delivery of projects meet designed specifications and quality standards on a timely manner.
Update project tracker and timetable to align with latest development and communicate in case of significant changes.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance/Accountancy, Business Administration, Management or other related fields
At least 2 years of relevant work experience with Strong analytical and project management skills required
Solid understanding system architecture, including objects, fields, formulas, workflows, custom list, and application integration
Strong ability to adapt to change: independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little supervision or direction
Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Quick to learn and to retain new information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and staff
Organized approach and able to work under pressure and Ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume production support environment
Exceptional attention to detail. Must be willing to explore into the deepest levels of detail to understand current software nuances and troubleshoot defects that impact them
Must be able to distill critical problems and recommendations for business stakeholders to diligently test all use cases for software changes
Core work schedule is NA shift, with shifting hours depending on the projects and issues being addressed
