- To provide 1st & 2nd line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Minimal to good navigation and technical understanding on Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault Applications, high-level process and function how they work and used
- iOS high-level understating and troubleshooting (iPad and iPhone)
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- Identifying the issue and categorizing / prioritizing the incident
- Strong interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
- Routing / Chasing of tickets with other resolver groups
- Callbacks for customer not reachable cases & customer request
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Preferred 6months of Service Desk / Technical support/ helpdesk/ service desk experience
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware, operating systems, applications and network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills is required
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to work in Eton Centris, Quezon City
