One of our clients is looking for SERVICE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

The Service Management Specialist is responsible for the support the full implementation / execution and delivery of services through established service level measures that is used to monitor performance and serves as input for review and improvement. This position oversees the PM (Project
Management) that looks after the planning and controlling of client deployments and the cutover from development/testing of new systems into production.

This position also manages the Deployment Repository or the Master list of clients, systems, devices and versions that have been rolled out into Production or our Live environment.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management
Release Management,Operational Readiness Testing and Pilot Service Measurement and Reporting Configuration and Change Management

Minimum Qualifications:
* Graduare of any Business management, Information Technology, Computer Sciences Degrees, preferred 
* Atleast 3 years work experience with proven experience in handling Service Management
* Knowledge on ITIL
* atleast 3 years experience on Project Management, Release Management, Configuration and Change Jerlam De Jesus
