Junior Software Engineer

Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge in web programming (e.g. JavaScript, PHP, React).
• Knowledge in Java programming (e.g. J2EE).
• Knowledge in database management (e.g. SQL Server).

Senior Software Engineer

Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• At least 3 years of experience and success in software development.
• Fast learner and problem solver with great sense of leadership and responsibility.
• Experience in web programming (e.g. JavaScript, PHP, React, Node.js).
• Experience in Java programming (e.g. J2EE, Groovy).
• Experience in database management (e.g SQL Server).
• Experience in ORM (e.g. Hibernate) and frameworks (e.g. Grails, Spring) is a plus.

Team Leader (Full Time Permanent)
Overview
Responsible for leading the technical teams in the design and development of advanced IT
solutions for healthcare, insurance, telecom and finance.
Responsibilities:
Lead 5-10 people team in the full life cycle of application development, including
requirement analyses, system design, program development, system implementation and
integration, user training and support.
Manage the team resources and performance
Basic Requirements

Critical thinking and problem solving
Adaptability and able to thrive under stress
Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering management or related disciplines.

Position Requirements
4+ years of experience in designing technical team in developing mission-critical IT
solutions.
Proven leadership skill in building and managing technical teams in a fast pace
environment.
Experienced with development methodology such as Scrum/Agile
Strong technical background and system experiences
Domain experience in healthcare, insurance, telecom and/or financial industry will be a plus.
Useful competencies:
Ability to analyze customer requirements and define these as a formal specification for software development
Team leading ability, shown by having led a team to work co-operatively with others, continually reviewing objectives and priorities, and accepting collective
responsibility. Experience should include direct personnel management.
Strategic Thinking, demonstrated by an ability to maintain a broad overview of
both technical and business challenges in order to achieve long term goals while realizing short term objectives
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing at all levels and in a variety of styles and settings
Influencing skills, evidencing ability to gain agreement or acceptance through
influence, persuasion or negotiation
Organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to establish plans of action to
effectively ensure achievement of results
Understanding of measurement theory and practice
