This position provides high quality telephonic technical support and problem resolution to customers mostly from the government and legal industry daily, in a manner that meets or exceeds defined department objectives.
Using effective communication, technical and analytical skills, the representative provides technical support including but not limited to software and web products navigation, product installation and upgrades and database maintenance and migration.
• Bachelor Degree or any equivalent experience
• At least 1-2 years job related experience
• Knowledge in Desktop and Laptop Support
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Browser, Firewall and Security, Networking,
• Experience with any accounting software will be an advantage
